It all started with a view….

This was the first thing we saw when we arrived at the house for the first time.

The view from the house across the valley with the village of Petritoli in front of us. We knew immediately that we found our dream home.

After 2 years of restoration and a lot of tender, love and care we opened Casa Petritoli in the summer of 2024. We invite you to experience the magic of Le Marche for yourself.

Casa Petritoli

With 300 sqm over 2 floors the house offers the perfect space for a large family or a group of friends. With 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you have enough space for up to eight people.

The 3 top-floor bedrooms have air-condition and all rooms have mosquito nets or curtains. With our 40sqm terrace overlooking the valley and a 10x4m concrete swimming pool you can fully enjoy the summertime without leaving the house. A gas BBQ and original stone pizza oven round up your Italien experience.

The house has 2 fireplaces and central heating if you prefer the colder seasons.

Fast WiFi, Sonos speakers and total privacy make sure you can enjoy your time fully and our balcony is the perfect space to relax on a summer afternoon in the shade.

The house itself is fully fenced and surrounded by a large, 5000 sqm. garden with fig, lemon, pomegranate, orange and about 40 olive trees.

The nearest village of Petritoli is about 10mins drive and there you find 2 supermarkets, a bakery, fishmonger, multiple restaurants and bars and a couple of cafes for your morning cappuccino.

The closest city Fermo is 20mins away and Ancona airport about 55mins and Pescara airport about 90mins drive.

Bologna or Rome are each about 2.5hours drive and the nearest train station is in Porto san Giorgio by the coast.

In the area you find multiple beautiful beaches. Long stretches of sand and Lido‘s if you fancy a family friendly seaside or empty and less crowded stone beaches if you prefer ample of space and tranquility. The nearest beach is in Pedaso, about 20mins drive.

The house..

We kept the inside clean and modern to give it a good juxtaposition with the classic stone exterior.

But nothing to fancy. Simple and cosy to make sure you feel welcome and can relax properly. The terracotta floor and the wooden ceiling beam are within the longstanding tradition of farmhouses in the area and the upstairs bathrooms use only Italien handmade tiles and design.

Some of the furniture were part of the house, some we bought and we are adding to them as we go along……
